Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

2. Adjustable Dog Collar
Our lightweight dog collar is designed with a soft neoprene padding to ensure comfort for your dog while wearing. The fully adjustable polyester webbing strap can be sized up or down for the perfect fit. The colourful print features on the outer facing side of the collar, with a complimentary block colour on the inside, and a sturdy metal D-ring sewn into the collar for attaching a leash.
3. Dog Leash
Our bright and colourful dog leash is the most fashionable way to keep your furry friend looking their best while they explore the world. The leash features a unique custom print on both sides of polyester webbing and a soft, neoprene padded handle for additional comfort and convenience, while the deluxe PU leather logo label adds a dash of sophistication to its overall look. Featuring a black alloy metal snap hook for attaching to your pooches collar, plus, an added feature of an alloy metal D-ring near the handle where you can attach our matching poop bag holder!
4. Bow Tie or Sailor Bow
Our bow ties have been designed to easily attach and detach to any collar with a handy velcro wrap-around grip. This versatile wrap allows the bow tie to be placed at either the front or back of your pups neck - Depending on the style of the day! Bow ties are made from high-density 100% polyester fabric and are available in sizes Small and Large.

5. Poop Bag Holder (includes one roll of plastic poop bags)
Each vibrant holder features a Lila Co. branded rubber dispenser and alloy metal swivel hook clasp that easily attaches directly to your dogs leash. These holders are the perfect size for one roll of standard poop bags (we even throw in an extra roll with each purchase) and roomy enough to fit small items like keys, coins, or dog treats. A small zipper opening allows for easy loading of bags.
