Please check the listing carefully for the item you are purchasing, there is sizing and measurements for every item.

Any items of pet clothing come with a guide on how to measure your pup. Every dog is different in size and shape, so please make sure that you measure and double check the sizing of your pup before making a size selection.

Whether you received a gift card from a friend, or a coupon by winning a competition (congrats, by the way), the process for using them is the same.

Simply put the products you want in your cart, click to check out, and apply the discount code in the box provided.

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 24-72 hours of your order being placed, and all orders are sent via Australia Post.

Absolutely! In fact all these items wash very well. Please check the wash label on your products for instructions on how to wash your specific item/s.

As with anything you purchase, it isn't indestructible and designed to last forever unfortunately.

However, with care and careful handling, you can prolong the quality and life of your Lila Co. products.

Wear and tear will depend on your pet's individual everyday lifestyle. If they wear something everyday, swim in it, roll around in it, you are likely to see wear and tear a lot quicker than if they only wear it every so often.

Therefore, we recommend not wearing your Lila Co. products everyday continuously, but cycle between a few different designs, so as to prolong the quality of the item.

Also check on a regular basis if there is any visible wear and tear. If you do see any wear or tear, we recommend thoughtfully disposing of the item.

Do not leave a harness on your pet when you are not walking them. They are not designed for any use, other than walking. They are not designed to withstand normal day to day playing; but for walking. 

We absolutely love sharing all the Lila Co. pups and pets in their Lila Co. gear! Be sure to tag @lila_co._ in your posts and stories to be reshared and posted on our socials. If your pup would like to be featured on our website or socials pages, please email your images in hi-res to hello@lilaco.com.au

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@lilaco.com.au. If your item has not yet been packed or shipped we will be happy to change or cancel the order for you as necessary. If the item has already been shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order at this time, and you will need to go through our normal refund and/or return process.

We are unable to repair any damage caused by chewing and/or wear and tear.

For safety and care reasons, we recommend items that can be eaten, or cause harm, be kept away from your animals when they are not under your supervision.

Lila Co Aus does not assume any responsibility for any damages or injuries that occur due to the misuse of our products.
